Double Negative NaneInf Road (Plasma)
Plasma Deck recommended. Ante 2's first shop contains two Soul-card packs — one gifts Negative Perkeo, the other Negative Triboulet. With Plasma's balancing and endless copy synergies the run breaks past Ante 39, where the required score turns NaN.
Five Perkeos of Perkeo
Grab the Hieroglyph voucher at the Ante 1 Big Blind. From there the shops chain a Perkeo → Ankh → Invisible Joker copy loop, and the Ante 7 Observatory voucher launches the score. Ends with five Perkeos plus a Blueprint copy.
Double Perkeo — Two Legendaries by Ante 2
Open the Arcana Pack at Ante 1 Big Blind for a Soul spectral into Perkeo, then Ankh him from the Ante 2 Small Blind Spectral Pack. Ectoplasm later turns one Perkeo negative and Observatory scales the whole engine.
Best Friends — Canio & Foil Triboulet
The Ante 1 Big Blind hands you both Canio and a Foil Triboulet. Later antes stack Invisible Joker, Blueprint and DNA. Build around Glass Kings so Triboulet scales X mult while every break feeds Canio.
Triple Polychrome DNA Musketeers
Ghost Deck only. Ante 2 first shop hands you a DNA joker — use the free Hex on it, then Ankh from the Spectral Pack for a copy, and Wraith for a third via Invisible Joker. Brainstorm shows up in Ante 4 for a quadruple-DNA loop that reshapes the whole deck.
Tribute To DNA — Triboulet + DNA
Skip the first Small Blind for a guaranteed Triboulet from the Arcana Pack, then buy DNA from the very next shop. Clone Kings on repeat until every card in hand triggers Triboulet's X mult.
Miming Mimes — Retrigger Army
Ghost Deck only. Ante 1's first shop drops a Mime in the Jumbo Joker Pack. Cast the free Hex spectral to make it Polychrome, then duplicate the Mime with the Ankh from the same shop for a wall of retriggers on cards held in hand.
Double Skip Into Soul Card
Skip both the Small and Big Blind on Ante 1. The next shop offers an Arcana pack containing a Soul, letting you open Ante 2 with a Legendary already in play.
Holographic Splash Ante 1
A Holographic Splash appears in the very first shop, so every hand you play scores every card. Combines beautifully with Baron, Blueprint, or Baseball for a low-effort win.
Full House Factory
Best seed for Full House builds: early Vagabond and Cavendish appear, and multiple planet cards for Full House drop before Ante 3. Pair with Sock and Buskin for reliable face-card retriggers.
Ride The Bus Opener
Ride the Bus is guaranteed in the very first shop. Play only non-face hands and watch the plus-Mult scale into the hundreds by Ante 4.

Erratic Deck only. The whole deck rolls as Ten of Spades, so every hand is Flush Five and rank/suit jokers like The Idol trigger on every scoring card. Stack Blueprint copies of Idol and watch the numbers turn off your brain.

Skip the first Small Blind and open the Mega Arcana pack in the shop to get a Negative Canio. In Ante 2 the Big Blind shop offers a Holographic Chicot from another Arcana or Spectral pack. A realistic path to two Legendary Jokers before Ante 3.

Skip two blinds, beat the Ante 1 boss, buy the ten dollar reset voucher, then open the Arcana pack and take the Emperor for a Tarot pack. The following Buffoon pack contains Stuntman; the next Ante 2 shop stacks both copy Jokers (Blueprint and Brainstorm) side by side.
Best Seed For Aces
Skip the first Blind for a Spectral pack containing Ouija (turns hand ranks into Aces). Scholar Joker (twenty extra chips per Ace) is guaranteed after the second Blind for an instant Ace-scaling build.
